We offer a 30 day return/exchange policy for full price items from SMMToutdoor.com. Product returns require proof of purchase and must be in original condition, including original stickers and tags. Purchases made from authorized SMMT Outdoor stockists must be returned or exchanged at the retailer where the product was originally purchased.

Start a return with our return form and include ‘Return’ or ‘Exchange’ in the subject line. We are always looking to improve our products, so please include a reason for your return and any suggestions you may have to improve our product.

Please note:

• Refund requests must be made within 30 days of receipt of your order
• We will only accept returns in unused condition and in original packaging with original tags.
• Please allow up to 3 weeks for returns processing and refunds.
• Original shipping fees cannot be refunded and customer is responsible for return postage. 
• Items sold on sale or with a code are not eligible for return. 

1% for the Planet:We contribute 1% of our sales to the Summit Land Conservancy, to protect local land and water in and around Park City and Summit County. As we grow, so does our impact for the places we live and play.Considered Design:We use only the finest materials and we will never sacrifice quality. We set a higher standard by also leveraging materials that are more considered, for example post consumer and post industrial recycled outdoor fabrics and insulation. Even our hangtags and personal notes use recycled paper. We also are currently using a Blue Sign Certified Partner to manufacture our PowderLoft tote bags. Yes, this costs more, but we think these are the details that make a product worthy of our home.Shipping:We cover ground shipping for our products. We incentivize this choice because it is the least carbon impactful. We absolutely understand that our consumer wants choice, and at times has an immediate need, but we encourage ground shipping as a brand to lessen our impact when possible.

We design products so Care can be an afterthought. That said, we know life happens. Below are some recommendations on how best to care for your SMMT products.

PowderLoft Totes We recommend spot-cleaning the exterior or interior shells with warm water.

It is our mission to craft products with the absolute finest materials that live up to our harsh mountain town environment. That is why we back all of our products with SMMTs Limited Lifetime Warranty. This covers manufacturing and workmanship defects and any material failures for the expected life of the product.

SMMT provides free standard ground shipping with all orders over $100. Additional expedited options are available at the best rates we can secure.

Tracking We use traditional carriers to get our products to you. We will provide a confirmation email with the tracking number as soon as it becomes available.

Shipping We ship from Park City within 2 business days of order, Monday through Friday.
